Working Capital Loans: OD and CC
Working capital funds stock, customer-payment gaps and day-to-day business costs. Compare a loan with an overdraft (OD) or cash credit (CC). The right structure depends on your cash flow and lender terms.
Unsecured business-loan enquiries: Pan India. Property-backed assistance: Delhi NCR. Not every working-capital facility is unsecured. Quick Disburse is a facilitator; availability, collateral, guarantees, approval, rates and fees depend on the lender.

OD and CC explained
An overdraft allows borrowing within the current operating limit. Cash credit is commonly assessed against business stock and customer receivables. Interest is generally linked to the amount and period used, while fees and other conditions may still apply.
Who may benefit
Businesses buying stock or waiting for customer payments may need short-term funding. First map when suppliers must be paid and when customer money arrives. Borrowing cannot fix a business that keeps losing money.
Assessment factors
Lenders may check turnover, cash flow, GST and tax records, bank conduct, existing debt and any security. Read the business loan eligibility guide; no single turnover or credit-score cutoff applies to every lender.
Facility structure
Ask how much of the sanctioned limit is currently available, how interest is calculated, what fees apply and when the facility is reviewed or renewed. Confirm security, guarantees and any limit reductions in writing. A sanctioned limit is not an unconditional cash balance.
Term loan or working capital?
A business term loan has an agreed repayment schedule. OD or CC may suit changing short-term use. Compare total cost and repayment timing. For a property-backed route in Delhi NCR, review overdraft against property.
Preparation
